Team

Who you would actually be working with

A small, senior team. You deal with the people who design and implement the system, not three layers below them.

Jen Tran

Jen Tran

Chief Executive Officer

Elegance from simplicity

An MIT-trained engineer turned business strategist, Jen bridges engineering, business and human-centered design with systems thinking and grounded execution. She has engineered commercial vehicle systems for Jacobs Vehicle Systems, served as lead engineer for nationally used EdTech software, led design and engineering teams, and designed AI software for healthcare. As operations partner in the turnaround of a manufactured housing community she implemented systems that improved quality of life, built trust and quadrupled property value. A former fighter with more than 50 bouts and a lifelong advocate for her autistic brother, Jen brings grit, clarity and deep empathy to designing systems that align people, incentives and outcomes.

Bruce Weddel

Bruce Weddel

VP, Business Development

Throw out the canned pitch

A serial entrepreneur who has owned eight businesses across eight different industries, Bruce has spent his career proving that selling is a craft rather than a script. He began in insurance, ranking in the top 15 of 1,800 company representatives, and went on to take a publishing company from $28 million to $98 million in six years without adding a single salesperson. He built a sales training course off the back of it and has since trained sales teams in 34 countries. He is here because he believes AI, used properly, is the next thing businesses have to get right if they want to stay in business.

At Omnicom he ran measurement strategy for Apple's global media across 25 countries, and he has built data science organizations from inception at Blackwood Seven and American Apparel, with modeling work for Uber, Zillow, Lyft and Groupon.
