Our Approach

Clear, then create

Two moves, in order. Most AI programs fail because somebody skipped the first one.

Step 1

Clear what is holding you back

We map how the work actually happens rather than how the process document says it does. We find the bottlenecks, the duplicated effort and the manual steps that drain hours every week, and we assess whether your data is in any state to support AI at all. You get an honest readiness picture, including the parts where the answer is that AI is not the right tool yet.

What you get: A workflow map, a data readiness assessment, and a sequenced roadmap with costs attached.

Step 2

Create what moves you forward

We build in phases with outcomes agreed before we start, piloting early and putting it in front of the people who will actually use it. Governance, access control and human-in-the-loop gates are designed in from the first line of code rather than retrofitted before launch. Adoption is treated as a workstream, not an afterthought.

What you get: Working software, staff who know how to use it, and a maintenance path that does not depend on us.

What that looks like in phases

01

Discovery

Workflows, data, constraints and the people involved.

02

Readiness

What is possible now, what needs work first, what to leave alone.

03

Pilot

A scoped build with defined success criteria, in front of real users.

04

Production

Hardened, governed, documented and integrated.

05

Support

Long-term MLOps and maintenance, or a clean handover to your team.

You approve one phase at a time. Nothing commits you to the next one.

Bring us a workflow that is not working.

We will tell you honestly whether AI is the right answer for it, and what it would take. The briefing is free, and we take on a handful of clients at a time.
