Database Administrator
Part-time · Onshore only (United States, Canada or Mexico)Client access requirements do not permit offshore VPN connections, so this role has to be filled onshore. You would be working across database review, optimization and migration on live client systems.

You would be building AI systems for government agencies, healthcare organizations and regulated industries, where getting it wrong has consequences that matter. That means human-in-the-loop gates rather than autonomous agents, security designed in rather than added later, and documentation someone can still follow in five years. If you have spent time cleaning up after a system nobody governed, you will recognize why we work this way.
How we work
Small team, senior people, no layers. We scope in phases with outcomes agreed upfront. We are remote and used to working across time zones. Part-time and fractional arrangements are normal here rather than an exception, so if you have another commitment, say so and we will work around it.
