What you would be selling
AI readiness assessments, implementation roadmaps, knowledge systems, workflow automation and secure application development, into organizations that have budget, a mandate to modernize and a real problem to solve.
Why the work closes
We are not selling a general AI capability into a crowded market. We sell governance-first AI to buyers whose main objection to AI is governance. We have three named references who will speak to the work, a CTO with 10 AI patents and federal-grade experience, and delivery credentials that survive procurement scrutiny.
Deal sizes
Assessments and pilots typically run $15,000 to $60,000. Production builds and annual maintenance programs run considerably higher.
Who does well here
People comfortable with a longer public-sector cycle, board approval thresholds, and buyers who need to be reassured rather than pressured. If you already sell into agencies, districts or JPAs, you will recognize the shape of it.
