Why Bonfire exists
We started Bonfire after seeing the same pattern across industries. Systems built without real understanding of the people using them, too rigid, too complex or too shallow to handle the realities of day-to-day operations. When software does not flex around real human workflows the result is friction, burnout, missed opportunities and unnecessary cost.
Our approach blends engineering first principles with lived business experience. We have operated companies, led teams and worked in the messy middle where technology meets real-world constraints, from Fortune 500 environments to early-stage startups. Resilient tools only emerge when you understand both the people doing the work and the complexity of the work itself. That is why integrity and compassion guide how we design.
